Hi, I'm Shane. Coach, Nerd, and Your Ally in the Fight for Resilience

I’m the heart behind SRG Fit—and no, I’m not your typical fitness coach. I’ve got over a decade of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, but what really sets me apart? I’ve been through the trenches myself.

Anxiety, depression, addiction… I’ve faced them all. And I learned something powerful: strength training and nutrition aren’t just tools to change your body—they’re tools to change your life.

That’s what SRG Fit is all about—using fitness as a weapon against the weight of mental health struggles, and helping you build the kind of physical and emotional resilience that sticks.

Real Life, Real Coaching: Judgment-Free, Always

I coach with compassion because I get it. This isn’t about “fixing” you or forcing you to follow some restrictive plan that ignores your reality. Whether you’re a powerlifter in progress, a weekend warrior, or just trying to make it through the day without feeling broken—SRG Fit is your space.

No diet cults. No toxic “fitspo” vibes. Just real talk, real support, and real change.

Every client I work with gets custom workouts, realistic nutrition coaching, and unlimited support via app messaging. We adjust as life happens, because mental health doesn’t always stick to a schedule—and that’s okay.

A Safe Space for Every Body

SRG Fit is proudly part of the Safe Space Alliance and intentionally inclusive of the LGBTQIA+ community and anyone who's ever felt out of place in traditional gyms. If you’ve ever been judged, excluded, or just plain uncomfortable in those spaces, welcome home. You belong here.

Your program is yours. We’ll tailor it to your needs, limitations, and goals—with plenty of room for your favorite foods, off-days, and your weirdly strong opinions about 80s cartoons (don’t worry, I have them too).

Let’s Build You Up—Inside and Out

This isn’t just about lifting weights or losing a few pounds. It’s about learning to believe in yourself again. It’s about standing up to the voice in your head that says you can’t.

And it's about proving to yourself, day by day, that you can.

When you’re ready to take that first step—or even if you’re just thinking about it—I’ll be right here, ready to walk (or lift) beside you.

Let’s kick depression’s ass together.

Be kind to yourself & stay awesome 😎
